Kaitlin joined the BFL team in the Fall of 2024. In her role as director, she is passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive and robust community hub! Kaitlin has been working in libraries since 2005 and has never looked back, enjoying each day spent in the stacks! When she is not promoting the amazing work of the public library, she can be found sipping a warm coffee with a book by the fire, or conversely, chasing after her teenagers at music and running events.

Juliana has served as the Youth Services Librarian since 2018. In that role, she hosts storytimes, craft and science programs, book clubs and special events for children of all ages. She likes to read about adventures, nature and wildlife, and loves to help patrons find just the right book. She is a life-long New Hampshire resident.

Amy has worked at the Baker Free Library since 2003. She is the Interlibrary Loan Coordinator and runs four book groups - two at Baker Free Library, and two at White Rock Senior Living Center. When not reading, Amy likes to bake and spend time with her two grandsons.

Lauren has worked in the Circulation Department of Baker Free Library since 2016; little by little taking on more patron services to finally achieve the role of Library Assistant in 2023. Outside of library work, Lauren thoroughly enjoys spending time with her dog, sipping Starbucks drinks, and flipping through Baldacci novels.
Liesl Miller, Library Assistant - Adult Program & Meeting Room Coordinator

Liesl began working at the library in the Circulation Department in 2023. She has assisted in the Technical Services Department in the past, and she graduated to work as the Adult Program & Meeting Room Coordinator in November of 2024. In her free time, Liesl enjoys creative writing, long distance running, and reading spooky books with her cat.

Christina is the Youth Services Assistant. She works closely with Juliana to expand programming for our younger patrons. Her background in education and the Arts are an asset to our library. Christina is mix of Mary Poppins and Ms. Frizzle. Ask her your best questions!
Ashley Audet, Circulation & Technical Services Assistant

Ashley joined the BFL team as a Circulation Desk Assistant at the start of 2024. Her passion is making every patron feel welcome and at home here at our library. As of July 2024, she has now taken on the role of Technical Services Assistant, where she catalogs and processes all new materials to be shared with our patrons. When Ashley’s not at the desk, she’s either reading Ruth Ware novels, chasing her son around, or working on her art.
